Final Fantasy Tactics - I never get tired of replaying this game.
Everquest - Rosle colored glasses or not, hands down the reason most of us are here.

Goldeneye - you were a friendless faggot if you had this game but never played multiplayer.
Halo - Same as above, but more or less breathed new life into the FPS console genre.
