Im surprised how many people have complained about this show going losing steam, show has been very consistent and is written the same as when it first aired. I still find Mal/Archer the funniest and wish pam/cheryl just got picked on =/. My biggest problem with the show is that they keep adding more and more to each character instead of just letting them be the way they were originally.

I know its a cartoon and all but with Pam/Cheryl and maybe a little kreiger (He was always off from what I remember) they said lets go and make these characters crazy when they were actually normal

I thought Cheryl was always crazy. Pam they have definitely done some crazy shit with. Which I think is funny.

Yeah she was crazy from the beginning i guess, she loved the black jewish guy and gave him shrimp in season 1. Im going more off of pam, Archer beating her with the dolphin ect while she is just a fat secretary in season 1, now over the last 2 seasons shes a hard core tattooed fighter, drag racer, graffiti artist and now she's going to be a spy. I hate the term flanderized but I do wish that the characters just stayed them selves and that probably why I like Archer, Mal, Lana Since they havent changed at all

Yea, Pam has had a ton of character development. I thought the whole office space thing would be more fleshed out when Archer began rather than the spy stuff. Maybe they just can't think up new material for the office area as opposed to random spy missions that are easy to mix up.

I wouldn't mind more interaction with other western spy/security forces. That was something I liked about Barry's original angle, was that he was from ODIN, a rival to ISIS.

Why was Woodhouse's character completely different in this episode? The voice actor wasn't even the same was it?

I didn't notice any difference with Woodhouse, but I wasn't looking either, so who knows.

I love how this show has something for everyone. I instantly said "Father Guido Sarducci" when Archer walked out, and to have Pam confirm it (Sardouchebag) was great.

I also loved how Archer called her Pambit...because Gambit really is the gayest X-man.

There is one thing that I'm tired of though. The whole, "He said agent in commandingly" crap. I understand it is part of the characters, but I just roll my eyes every time it happens. It isn't even funny to me. Other shit they do all the time, like when he says, "Oh dammit, I had a perfect one for that" is ok, because there generally is something funny he could have said there, and we all know it sucks when you lose a moment like that. The whole "he said" stuff is just annoying to me now though.

Woodhouse seemed more spry in his mannerisms in this episode and the voice was highly different, it wasnt the low frail Englishman of seasons past. He sounded like a wired younger Woodhouse

He did spend almost the entire episode high as a kite on heroin ;p

I guess Woodhouse sounded strange because we rarely hear him talk other than a few words. The beginning of the Lana conversation, he sounded like he always does, then goes high pitched and the VO stays that way the rest of the episode as the Pope with an Italian accent and Woodhouse

That was definitely a totally different voice. We've heard him talk tons such as in the episode where he meets his old world war 1 buddies/rivals, and he sounded strange this entire episode. Could be the H, in theory, but it was honestly pretty jarring. Ah well, still a good episode~
