Was going to recommend mine but I see it's quadrupled in price. /barfAnyone have a specific protein powder they use? Mine has shot up in price like crazy.
I use Optimum and its reasonable for price but its high quality so I like it. Costco has great deals on protein powders. Also discount grocery stores like Grocery Outlet always have protein powders for cheap.Anyone have a specific protein powder they use? Mine has shot up in price like crazy.
Allmax, Nutribio, LikeAPro, and Apollon are all quality brands. Within those, find a flavor you like. Anything sold at Costco is generally trash. Never buy liquid protein drinks.Anyone have a specific protein powder they use? Mine has shot up in price like crazy.

What’s up with liquid protein drinks?Allmax, Nutribio, LikeAPro, and Apollon are all quality brands. Within those, find a flavor you like. Anything sold at Costco is generally trash. Never buy liquid protein drinks.
The Fairlife ones are good. What’s up with liquid protein drinks?
Yeah I love those, but I’ve always worried that they’re too good to be true. Maybe it’s the 1990s talking but it’s suspicious when my protein tastes delicious. The Fairlife ones are good.
one thing you might want to look at is dehydrated egg whites on Amazon. Whey is rough on my stomach so I switched to the eggs and they have been great for me - they are unflavored so you can mix them with anything - my favorite is to mix them with some bloody mary mix. Forewarning if you add them to something hot - they will cook and then look stringy but there is nothing wrong with itMade the mistake of posting with the porkers and no one actually answered if the costco powder that I believe is new looks like it might be quality like when they relabel Tide, or if it's garbage like all their shoes. I do need to eat a bit better sure, if nothing else for vitamin etc reasons, but I admitted I'd like to lose maybe 5-10 and that brought out people I know were in there >250lbs trying to go banana's making an excel of my diet.
The only reason I'm interested in a powder, is I know I already don't like eating all that much meat, both because I just don't like big cuts of whatever, so I wanted to try getting my protein a bit higher because on top of my farm chore workout, podunk rural town is finally getting a gym and I was going to see about trying to start going twice a week as I'd like to get a little more definition and try and work stuff I'm not getting from the farm, because it's kinda sad where I'll wrestle a 400pound calf, roll a 1200 hay bale, but then I'll hit a awkward motion like just keeping a heavy drill overhead for an extended period building another shed and just get gassed too soon.
Goes for $48

Sounds good in some ramen.one thing you might want to look at is dehydrated egg whites on Amazon. I have not done the math cause it was cost decision but an easier on my stomach decisionSounds good in some ramen.
Done the math to see how atrocious or possibly cheaper they work out comparatively for the protein?
Probably more expensive than you want but this is basically all I use my apple watch for is tracking workouts and looking at the time. Turn all the other shit off and the battery will last for days too.Does anybody know of a heartrate monitor I can use when I do cardio that doesn't require an app? Ideally, I'd like to just wear it on my wrist, and if it also keeps time I might wear it all the time. But all it needs to do is pulse rate. I had a fitbit for years that was supposedly waterproof but it died the firs time I tried to wear it in the water. So water proof would be nice too but not a requirement. I never used anything else on the fitbit other than heart rate and the time. I looked on amazon last night and I couldn't find anything. I probably just don't know the right words. I have a pulse oximeter that goes on my finger and that would be cool, but attaching tot he finger doesn't work for cardio
