If you commit to it for 4 weeks then I guarantee you'll want to keep going.So right now I am in my mid 30's, 6'4", weigh 220, and according to my high speed scale I have 21% body fat. Is it realistic to set a goal to get down to 10% body fat and if so, will working out 3 (sometimes 4) days a week 1 hour at a time with no trainer be sufficient enough? How hard is it to get down to that percentage and keep it off? Thanks.

I agree with others. I know of ONE dude my entire gym that is 100% natural. The dude is genetic freak. I've known him since high school, and he has always been cut beyond belief. Every one else to a man, that is lean and cut, will gladly tell you what they use to stay that way.
