Remember the standing shoulder press discussion? So my buddy does them on the regular, and I am slowly integrating the exercise into my routine. I am now up 225 for reps of 10. 10 pound increments every other week will be my goal. Unlike chest, 10 pounds is a bitch at 225.
The goal I think was 315 by that dude in the vid? That was a bet I made yesterday. My bud and I have a beer bet by end of August I need to be able to standing shoulder press 315 once. Will record the attempt success or fail for Rerolled awe or laughter.
