I don't think you have a good grasp on the whole receptor thing
Feel free to post research on that. I was always told you can't do the same steroid over and over again. And from personal experience, I've seen guys do the same cycle repeatedly, and only get gains from the first cycle. So maybe 15 pounds the first cycle, and negligible gains after that.

That's just people's anecdotes. It's most likely they've just hit a ceiling based on their training/diet or yo-yoing with poor pct.

Most steroids use many of the same receptors, and they're constantly regenerating. So when you're doing future cycles, they're all completely new receptors regardless of what you have or haven't done before.

You can do the same steroid over and over again. Some guys *do* find that a stack of something that is amazing for their friends doesn't work for them. Piana I saw mentioned this in some video of his how he has tried certain things which dont do much for him but do for other guys.

You know what? It doesn't matter. If you are on, you shouldn't do more than one cycle without PCT. Taking them non stop is asking for permanent damage.

What type of pussy ass gym are you lifting at? I've never lifted at gym where someone couldn't do more than that. Of course, I'm not going to go to Planet Fitness. I always pick the places with the best equipment, and the ones where they don't get mad at you if you bust ass.

The first time I ever stepped in a gym when I was 12, the guys were squatting 405+.

Remember the standing shoulder press discussion? So my buddy does them on the regular, and I am slowly integrating the exercise into my routine. I am now up 225 for reps of 10. 10 pound increments every other week will be my goal. Unlike chest, 10 pounds is a bitch at 225.

The goal I think was 315 by that dude in the vid? That was a bet I made yesterday. My bud and I have a beer bet by end of August I need to be able to standing shoulder press 315 once. Will record the attempt success or fail for Rerolled awe or laughter.

Good luck man. I don't think I've ever military pressed (this is the same motion right I'm not way off?) More than 175 so that's crazy. Also Lyrical comparing seeing someone 405 incline versus 405 squat is pretty silly. If I wrapped my knees I could probably get a single of that out, whereas a 300 normal bench for me would be a stretch for a single.

I just started front squatting like a month ago. I've been doing 5x5s. Are you trying for a single at 315? I was back squatting like 310-330 5x5 but haven't tried anything over 225 5x5 for fronts yet. How would you say they compare for difficulty?
