So looks like no immediate use of the Lazarus Pit...however it does seem to indicate some sort of mystical stuff went on since Ollie really did appear to be quite dead. Also I'm gonna guess Ras knows what he's doing when he kills a person. (Unless he was very much aware of the whole situation as was suggested before)
Katana's connection to mysticism is usually through her sword which is inhabited by the spirit of her dead husband... and he aint dead so not sure where they are going with her in this series.
Look's like Ray Palmer is going to cross over into the Flash later this season and work with S.T.A.R. labs on something. Maybe Felicity gets through to him in some way and that leads his A.T.O.M. project away from being Iron Man and more towards shrinking dude.
