I don't mind Laurel now. She's much more bearable in her current state than she was in the first two seasons. Also, I'm really glad they're showing her screw up and get her ass kicked while she learns how to be a super hero.
I normally strongly dislike love triangles and the relationship aspects of shows like this, but I think they're doing a great job with Felicity. I think it also helps that she's one of the stronger actors on the show. Regarding the quantum processor, Felicity has always been the show's magical-hand-wave answer when they need to move things along via some kind of technology, whether it be hacking any computer system on the planet in minutes or developing some program to accomplish some super specific task in a short amount of time. This is no different than all the other times she's pulled magical tech out of thin air.
Anyway, it was a great episode and I'm loving Brick as a villain. I agree that I hope he's still around for Oliver to finally take down when he gets back to the city.

i really thought she grabbed it out of the helicopter, i mean where else was she she going to get it from and Routh recognized it instantly as a quantum processor.
I don't have a problem with the chip thing. She didn't say she invented it, she just said the thing you were using won't work and will never work. Here, this thing will work. For all we know it is an off the shelf piece of tech at Palmer Industries.

First season? I hope Thea gets horribly killed every episode. She is the worst person on the show for me.
Laurel is awful as the the vigilante type but she is fine as the drunk Lawyer.
Brandon is the best thing to happen to this show since Many Bennett. He's great I always liked him as an actor.

I don't know what to think about DJ douche working for Ras. I was really hoping he'd be killed in some random act of violence to push thea over some edge. But then I thought about it, and maybe he will become interesting now that he's a super ninja. Also, good to know that super ninja training includes DJing.
