Who is speedy? Was that his sidekick in the comics? I thought arsenal was. What was speedy's schtick?

Original Speedy was Roy Harper, who eventually became Arsenal. They skipped the Speedy part. 2nd Speedy was some teenage girl runaway.

On one of the crossover episodes Oliver called the Flash "Speedy" and Roy, out of nowhere, said "Is that me?" but that's the only time I noticed them reference it.

He's referenced his sister as Speedy since season 1. Also, I think having her being called Speedy and having the addiction issue was their way to touch on the considerably more involved comic plotline involving that.

Personally I look forward to whatever completely retarded explanation they come up with for how Ollie went from being in Starling City to somehow ending up back on the island long enough to grow full on Grizzly Adams facial hair.

Also, how the fuck is Amanda Waller still alive? I find it completely impossible to believe that nobody she fucked over has gotten the inspiration to do to her what Deadshot did to her in the Assault on Arkham movie.
