izo you might not know but for america, when we celebrate an important persons bday, it's a federal holiday and their bdays are always the first monday and lets say 3rd week of the month (like for george washington in feb), this is so that you get the day off, cuz it's silly if washingtons bday lands on a saturday, then no one gives a shit cuz no day off.
so inauguration (which by constitutional law is always the 20th of january)also happens to fall on mlk bday
