What kind of retarded game director allows the art department to dictate the framerate target rather than leaving that up to the gameplay people (who surely know better than to even consider 30 fps except as a quality/RT option for weirdos)? Even worse, the game doesn't even look like anything special in the previews that are all running on PCs. It just looks like it's going to be run of the mill UE5 right down to Epic's patented microstutter.

Any game that is capped at 30 fps is an auto no buy. I won't even play Bloodborne now in 30 fps. It's a terrible experience.

Then the Art Director comes out and just San Francisco's right in the middle of Twitter: Our game is going to be WOKE AF and there is nothing anyone is going to do about it.

This all just tells me that ForceGaming and SkillUp are not being objective about their reviews. I haven't watched much of either, but both say they are excited/optimistic about the game... when it is abundantly clear it is trash.

Not playing a game because of "wokeness" is stale at this point. Grummz is just farming all you people for clicks, guy still hasn't delivered on the "pledges" for his non-existent game. Avowed looks like dogshit not because of wokeness, but because it isn't open world, completely changed the art style from the original teaser to spray paint colors which looks like ass, and the characters looks like starving mongoloids.
