It'd absurd that dash cams aren't standard inclusions in vehicles yet. They should be mandatory. Insurance accident scsms have no reason to exist.


I mount a go pro to my electric skateboard as a dash cam because I still don't trust idiots on the road even when I'm just cruising around on my board.

whatever you get, get AT LEAST a 2channel (front and back) dash cam in 1 (you can get 3channel to also record inside, but some ppl hate that) if you get a separate front and back dash cam, it's annoying, just get it all in one

i would not want them included with cars, srs

cars are already spying on you enough as it is

it is funny though as I have a front and rear camera on the car already for parking - not sure why they can't be used as dash cams as well though I do agree with you the amount of tech spying on us already is insane

Yeah and sometimes I like to drive fast when no one is around. Just another example of control. Last thing I want is Ads popping up after driving past a billboard.

I'd like a radar detector though. Often use cruise control around town, but on nice days like to floor it.

Seeing BMW drivers get ticketed because they never use a turn signal and their car reports them might be kind of worth it.
