I got a foil shaver gifted to me for Christmas. A nice Andis brand one from a barber shop.
I usually wet shave with a multi blade razor.
I never had luck with those 3 head foil shavers at home the few times I've tried them but when I go to the barber and they use those old school foils its always baby smooth. They use em on the sides of my head for skin fade hair cuts HNNNG it's always super smooth for a day at least.
When I open this unit up any tips for foil shaving? Should I wash my face first? Get that stupid powder they throw on your face sometimes?? What's the trick?

Wash with warm water to open up pores and that's about it.

Yes, I understand. Frankly, I'm surprised people don't get it because it's pretty damn obvious.

I use a dry rub method. But have gone no fap since I'm currently trying to reproduce.

That's about the last thing I used it for. I haven't shaved in years, beard is halfway down my pecs at this point. Kind of wish the hair on my head grew long instead of thick (and that I wasn't thinning). I'd totally do some braids.

technically you're still fapping, but with that said may you pound hard and long
