6'1 205lbs 39. Whole life like my dad pretty much a skeleton even when I ate 4 big macs 2for2 back in the glory days. After starting a hobby farm 2 years ago I finally have recognizable biceps, but my cardio is still trash (my own fault) though I always struggled with building up any kind of stamina even at 18 in boot onwards. Generally struggle with being pretty tired a lot and needing like 9 hours of sleep. For the amount of labor I've done between hauling 50lb awkward feed sacks, 70lb hay bales, trying to tip 1200 lb round bales, wrestling 300lb asshole donkey during hoof trim, etc. I dont feel like I have as much increased strength as I maybe should have.
Got T tested w/ my all around broad screen. Kidneys might be headed towards trouble, creatinine a bit out of reference etc. T was 390 with no reference range and just googling says 2-300-1000 etc which seems overly broad.
So kinda playing with the idea whether I might want to try it and see how much of an overall difference it might make. (Not looking at it as primarily for bulking out at all, as that's going to take more targeted training at an actual gym that is hard to do w/ farm + job + useless house wife. But if I can make further mild increases to strength and just generally feel more energized etc?
If nothing else, I might decide I'm too much of a cheap bitch to add the monthly expense despite having $6k thermals and other $$ toys.
