Lol at the smug look. No fucks given.

Speaking of lifting I revamped the home gym boyos and got a few more pieces of equipment. Feels good meng. Reps til I'm out.
Why would you not go to a real gym? How do you meet any gym babes at a home gym?

I think most of us already know, but man oils really can mess up your calorie intake if you are not careful. One tbsp is over 100 calories and it can take a few tbsp to cook certain meals correctly. Combine people who are new to dieting and sometimes even new to cooking and it is really easy for them to screw up.

Who else experiences women getting upset when you prioritize gym/exercise that delays seeing them by a few hours?

Majority of women I’ve dated take issue with this, but of course if I said I’m going to play a team sport or some other “commitment” it’s less of an issue. Normies just don’t view lifting as an important commitment.

There's babes everywhere outside the gym. Summer is around the corner, if you live in a halfway decent city sexy women are going to be out in droves.

I'll take the super convenience of a home. If I want to see babes I'll just step outside my door

If it takes you a few tbsp to cook correct you're doing it wrong. I use stainless steel and 1 tsp is all you need. That's 40 calories vs 120.
