Think you missed the part where I said certain meals require a few tbsp. You can get away with next to no oil for lots of meals. If I cook bacon I can drain the fat, wipe it down quickly with a paper towel and know there is still enough residual oil/fat to cook eggs. I see some people cook eggs who will throw a glug of oil into the pan not realizing they just added over a hundred more calories than they needed to.

And now, five more alleged victims have come forward, and her husband Nicholas Fortinberry is also facing charges for allegedly knowing about the abuse and threatening the boys to keep quiet.
One of the most shocking accusations detailed in a police affidavit alleges that Fortinberry took a 13-year-old and two of his friends to a mall before calling their parents to ask if they could spend the night at her home.
Once they were there, she allegedly ordered them to have group sex with her — on the condition that they wore a Scream mask.
"Brittany had one condition for them to have the gangbang with her and that was that they had to wear a Scream mask to f**k her," the affidavit states.
The mask is a reference to the Ghostface disguise worn by the killers in the iconic horror movie series.
The same boy also alleged that Fortinberry masturbated over his school photos and once sent a video of herself performing a sexual act with his boxers, the Daily Mail reports.

Summer is on the horizon. Just ordered a riser bar for my Vitus Nucleus MTB, can't wait to test it out at the trail park. Flat bars feel too sus going downhill and don't offer much leverage when doing manuals etc

I had the bike shop put on new hydraulic brakes and some solid ass maxxis tires on both my e-bikes. They were China specials so the tires and brakes were meh. Crazy they ship bikes capable of 30mph with shitty basic disc brakes lolz, China and safety, not even once. Also got a spare battery for each. Plan this summer is to do our first e-bike camping trip and with extra batteries should have like a 60 mile range to fuck around with.
Got all new tires on my electric skateboard. Thick ass natural rubber with a flat profile. An actual tire made specifically for skateboards finally. Most tires this size are for scooters with a round profile which isn't as good for skateboarding. 1300 miles on my old ones but they are literally bald as fuck and can't grip anymore.
When I was at the bike store bro I was mad tempted to buy one of those fixed gear wheelie bikes you see all the hood rats on. They had a bunch and they are really sick for city cruising. They are incredibly lightweight, like shockingly light
Oh yeah and I got one of those ultra wide fat ass granny bike seats lmao it's so fucking comfy. Quick release so I'll switch to the smaller one when off-road lol but for on road holy shit it's a game changer

Nice. My bike has Maxxis Ardents on it from new. Can't fault them tbh. 29er and on gravel trails I'll run 50PSI, they take a max of 55IIRC. For offroad I drop it down to 35-40, still playing around with the pressures though. The rims are tubeless ready but I'm not fussed about that. I cba replacing the sealant every few weeks/months. Too much mess and faff. I just ride with a small pouch thing strapped to the seat rails which holds a mini pump, puncture repair kit, pair of mechanic gloves (if I have to fk about with the chain), multi tool and an electric tyre pressure gauge. Not needed any of that yet though.
Rather than a fixed gear bike your money would be better spent on a gravel bike IMO. Jack of all trades, master of none, but much more versatile than a fixed gear .
I'm just reading up on dropper posts which I definitely need. Such a ballache having to get off to change the height. There's a decent one people in the community rave about on Aliexpress for like $90. No point spending fkin 800 on one, I'm not Sam Pilgrim lol
