I prefer it, though it takes more "room" to build up the same heart-rate. You can always get a trainer+Zwift or even rollers if you don't want to be moving around.Yeah. I don't want the long term shit that comes with running. Granted my cardio I've done in the past has been on a treadmill. I just don't wanna run outside in 90 degree weather. Maybe biking would make it worthwhile tho.
And if you want to destroy your body cycling, just git gud and do either of these: Dirty Kanza or The Route | Tour Divide
