You don't -need- a group, other than getting an invite into a full channel. The groups dmg has no impact on your chance at getting a box at the end.

Don't know why they added the health, but it shouldn't take a whole lot longer to kill once people start upgrading gear, especially with everyone having 5+ skill points more. You also get a noticeable boost in crit from the new soulshields. Overall, it kinda makes sense, it's the only world boss of its type(as in the only that drops actual good loot and not leveling garbage). I think once we get 50 cap it becomes obsolete shit so they won't buff it further at that point. Although, there's still one patch between 50 and ours, or I think it's one patch at least. The one with spiral labyrinth.
Upgraded my attack power gem on my BM yesterday from +8 to +25, and god the damage boost is massive. I also got a bunch of soul shields, so today when I did mushin tower, I cleared 7F with like 1+min to spare, even though yesterday I wasn't consistently clearing before the enrage. Got the white jiangshi costume on the way, and then when I did my BSH24 daily, I got one of the twins costume, I look like a zebra in fishnet now.
Class has definitely grown on me, it's a lot better with gear. And skill points. I think I'll soon start the road of upgrading my weapon. I have like 250g on my 3chars and I keep making like 20-25g a day, so I should have enough to carry me up to true siren without an issue at least. That or I could waste 200g buying my Lightning Draw book.

Blade dancers are such a bitch as a destroyer, every other class I have some sort of game plan, even if it's gonna be tough (sins, fms and kfms), but I'm kinda at a loss when it comes to beating blade dancers. Speccing parry pierce on 1 and z helps a bit, but they're so slippery. I'm thinking I need to roll one next to better understand how to counter them.

DPS as a BD is pretty easy, you can spec for Wind and then your max DPS comes from holding down RMB and pressing F after three crirs. You do need to animation cancel (LMB and F) when you go into Draw Stance, though.
Wish they would normalize NCCoin prices for different exchange rates. CAD to USD makes me not want to buy anything on their store.

Played in a 1v1 tournament and ended up playing against two of the top ranked players in NA: Virus and Silkroad.
My match with Virus was largely uneventful, he controlled every game the whole way through and I just got slaughtered. My match against Silkwood had a bit more back and forth, but after playing against those guys, I realize just how good these top-level players are.

If you mean infernal weapon, then yeah, definitely. True Profane is recommended, with an attack power diamond(25 is best but 15 or even 8 can do the job). Accessories are fine at infernal. You also want a decent soulshield with crit infuses and bracelet/belt.
A lot of the floors you want to approach the fights like pvp, so using CC and actually paying attention to skills, countering, dodging etc. Brute forcing only works on some floors or if you're way overgeared.

Mushins is no joke. The fights will punish you for any mistakes, specifically 5,6 and 7. 5 and 7 are gear checks though, i struggled with 5 till I got bsh set and then stomped 5-7, only dying twice on 7 learning what he does after his aoe and how to defend against it.
I feel mushins tower is some of the best content in b&s and hope there's more to come.

Everything but 7 was pretty damn easy(profane + infernal jewelry). 7 took me a bit, mainly cause BM style mobs are very rough as a FM, they charge/5 sides strike ALOT and can remove chill/frozen a lot. Took me changing spec a little(more CC) and using Grab constantly to keep semi distance(since if that dude got close, he would stun/flicker/charge strike me dead in just a couple seconds.
KFMs beat the shit out of me. I played against Jaesung today, that guy is fucking nuts.
I just hit plat again though.

I seem to have a problem with BD because of the lack of defensive cooldowns and reliance on KDs. The other problem is most of my DPS as BD is draw stance spam, which is an issue because all my 'defense' CDs (knockdowns) kick me out of stance.
Granted I have profane SS, a True Infernal weapon + 4 AP diamond gem so there's a lot of room for gear improvement to help.

It's terrible, dude. Ever since Summoners got more skill points I have an extremely difficult matchup against them. I just can't out trade them anymore.
Yeah, you're going to want to use your PvP build. Use your Draw Stance burst combo for damage and then just juggle him on the air/knock him on the ground to stall for it to come back up. The first couple times I beat him on my BD I was seconds away from enrage.

I'm still getting absolutely gutted. For instance, he breaks out of Phantom Grip after 1 attack. KDs seem to last 1/2 as long as on normal mobs despite not being a 'boss' type mob. Tried the Archer this time and his dumb special goes off while he's stunned or knocked in the air... lol.
I think maybe I need to play a different class. Was going to wait for Warlock but maybe FM?
