edit: Holy shit the creatures are fucking nuts. There's so many, rofl

edit 2: Got passed Ludwig with the help of Henriett after the 5th try. Got through most of the Research Hall. Died numerous times here due to the fucking poison/acid traps from the walls. This DLC is absolutely nuts, lol.

Are there any NPCs outside of the DLC? I know of Hunter Vatyr in the Forbidden Woods. Don't want to miss any. @@

I think I remember seeing 1 helpful hunter summon in the DLC....but its pretty much on your own/help from fellow players.

I made a mistake of trying to do the DLC on NG++++++ etc. Bosses are incredibly fucking difficult, the Old Hunters that you summon in are almost worthless. Beckoning people in get one shot almost every time they get hit. Laurence keeps raping me.

Got to fish island -- think I will save Laurence for last fight. Heard you can cheese him with the Simon's Bowblade. There's an area where there's a ladder down a well and you see a giant monster behind you. Get down and around the pillar and one comes after you. Get it down to 40% and the SECOND one comes out. Died a lot of times in this game. Wtttttf. :|


ps still funny watching low level players get summoned in and one shotted. Rofl.

Any Advice for Micolash? He is one shoting me on phase 2 with this star burst in NG+, i dont recall taking more than 2 tries my first time but now he is destorying me.

He is the last boss i need before i can get my freaking living string and then do my 5th depth challice finally !

If you have Beast's Roar, you can use it to interrupt him. Otherwise, melee him down so he doesn't have time to cast. If he does, run away! He's only tricky (kind of) when you drop in initially, since he likes to cast it as you get to him. -.-

You can also cheese him with Poison Daggers hit him before you drop down to the lower area and just wait reapply poison as needed, he never leaves the room this way but just stands there near the hallway to the last room, going dur dur dur

So I finished Tales of Zestiria and the 3 Uncharted games that came in my bundle and am going to dive into this. Anything I should know before I start banging my head against the wall?

You can get your starting weapon to +3 in the first area, practice your parries on the fat guys and bipedal wolf men, get an insight point from either finding a boss or a madman's knowledge so you can level and be patient with your pulls. Cheesy as hell but once you unlock the first checkpoint you can easily farm the two big wear wolfs for quick leveling. Agro them and run back into the house, they can't go through but will keep trying. I'd get your vit and sta to 20 and 15 first and no real need to take sta past 22 (3 swings and a dodge or two with most 2handed weapons like ludwig)
