This x1000. It's not just treatment for amputations though, it's getting a tourniquet on any limb wound that you could bleed out from - you might lose the limb from the tourniquet but you won't die.

They sound about like any IED that my brother described going off in Iraq. He was a marine there. Said some were fucking ridiculous and others were just pop bombs with shrapnel to cause suffering.

Beat me to it. For many, the word terrorism is synonymous with the Middle East, Arabs, and 9/11. For others, it's a catch-all term for any violence committed for any reason by anyone that someone else wants to exploit for gain or control. In neither instance is it a useful term for describing these events given what is currently known.

Oh I'm down for that too. I just figured we'd be more likely to get the bullet.
