On the other hand, no organization has taken credit for it and there is no point in an organization pulling off a terrorist strike if nobody knows who did it. It could be that they are trying to let the bombers get to safety.

There is nothing the North could possibly do to seem less civilized than the South, a land that still has segregated schools.
