Yeah.. a terrorist bombing involving multiple victims and injuries at a large event and on top of that, killing of a police officer and evading capture. The future ain't looking so bright if he gets caught.

I wonder if there is any barrister in the world who will represent him defending those charges

Sure, McVeigh had a lawyer and he killed far more people than these two guys. He'll get a public defender that is required to defend him if all else fails. There's no shame in defending the worst defendant in the world...if you truly believe in the legal system providing due process and fair trials for all.

The fact he hasnt killed himself yet means he wants to live as long as possible and not ready to die. Now if faced with capture, he will kill himself...as the first one did. It was reported that not only was the first guy shot, but he blew himself up as well. There would be reason to believe that this 2nd guy would have some sort of explosive device himself.

My most likely scenario would be to find a small home that likely doesnt have a huge family ( to reduce risk ) and break in and take them hostage. Grab a wife or child and sit back in a room somewhere and tell the man of the house that if the police come in, they all die. I doubt that police are actually entering every house and searching all around, and most likely stopping at each house and asking if everything is ok. If faced with the fact that if you let the police in then your family is dead, then most likely you would tell the police everything is ok and they move along.

Eventually the police are going to assume he broke through the perimeter, or got through before it was set up and move away. At that point he would probably have the family take him somewhere and start running again.0
