Thought today was going to get rough locally.

Drove past a bunch of cops and swat vehicles in Niagara Falls this morning. Turn o nthe radio and reports started that a car full of backpacks with MASS plates was pulled over driven by two Russian Nationals. Bomb squad was called in.

Now they reports backed off. Bomb Squad robot is still investigating a Car pulled over with Massachuttets plates but they have removed report of backpacks and the suspects being Russian. Still waiting to see where this goes. FBI and Terrorism Task Force are on the scene though.

The thought is these people are involved and were fleeing to the Border at Niagara Falls.

The scanners are saying they are tracking multiple people...and now Rededdit is saying the police are looking for more suspects? Odd.

The IJU isn't an al-Qaeda offshoot, it's an IMU offshoot, and the IMU are Uzbeks, not Chechens.

gotta love having jobs in boston,

my sister just started a new job monday...and she cannot go to work due to this

my work does a lot of work in boston, they are heading in now. other side of the city...plus we are not russian, though one of my clients might get hassled- most of his employees are russian/albanian- he is albanian.

Reports that a third "accomplice" boarded an Amtrak possibly bound for New York. A train has been stopped in Connecticut that they think this person may be on.
