How do you know he is literally on the run and not just hiding somewhere this entire time? Not calling you out, just curious as I havent been able to read much up on his movements etc.

Well he was on the run, holed up, on the run, when I was listening to the police scanner site that's what I took from it. The guy hasn't been stationary hiding in the same spot the entire time nor has he been running the entire time. Expect a bit of hyperbole cause we all like to make wise cracks.
