Supposedly the delay is because a major provider is having problems and they are trying to fix them.

I have friends in Alabama who ordered, I think they are on Charter, they rolled out a major update yesterday and it's fucking things up for them pretty bad at the moment.

Not sure if that's the issue or not but I laughed.
