I literally have nothing to spend karma on. Spheres only take like 50k I think at the most, but I'm done making them.
I went with my normal questing team.

There's some content that you realistically can't accomplish without a damage mitigator (RC 3, Maxwell, Cardes). Narza brings that function. I'd rank them as 1. Darvanshel, 2. Narza, 3. Oulu.
I kind of disagree with Maxwell being meta. She's kind of just a hybrid unit that combines the functionality of other units. Now, she's an incredibly powerful hybrid unit and makes a lot of content cheese, but if your definition of meta is the above (and Lilly and Tilith), I don't know what Maxwell really qualifies. Lilly and Tilith don't qualify on that either, but their skills are just incredibly powerful things that aren't found anywhere else (well, Lilly's is on another unit).

magress will wreck your shit w/o a mitigator. tried to do double maxwell on the alt account, couldn't do it, have absolutely no heavy hitters, we were using michele and uda for christ sakes.

Unless the content is crit immune there is no leader in the game who is anywhere close to being in the same league as Maxwell for damage output. Maxwell is in fact more meta than the mitigators. The only two situations where you need a mitigator are to get Maxwell herself and for the extremely small sliver of content where just running two Maxwells lead isn't an automatic faceroll. And even in those cases the best teams consist of two Maxwells and a mitigator. Tilith is shit as a unit it's just that there are certain sphere setups that allow you to cheese any content except for raids that randomly 1 shot your team no matter the circumstance by trading off Tilith BBs every other turn. Which is just safer and a lot slower than... just using two Maxwells.
Lily is shit and I hate her. Useless except as a viable Maxwell lead imo. A unit whose ability only matters on turn where you're forced to guard. Whee Maxwell and the odd turn in gimmick fights where you don't even need her.

i can't really think of a scenario where you would need to condense a Lilly and mitigator into a single unit. especially if you have a Darvanshel since he does damage and can almost constantly keep his BB going every turn. where with Narza you could very easily break the cycle of SBB every 3rd turn by having to use his BB for mitigation. that's just from my experience trying to use him to beat the Maxwell trial though, so it might be easier in future content to use Narza as a combination Lilly/mitigation unit. or maybe using ares excelsior LS with the right spheres could keep his BB gauge filled each turn. or maybe i've gotten spoiled with constant mitigation with Darvanshel
also having trouble deciding who would benefit best from Magress sphere... thinking Darvanshel since Black Lance fills 4-6BC when attacking, with Ihsir's guise leaving 4BC from using his BB his gauge should be almost half full before taking any BC drops

What else do you have? I think most people did it with a Lily/Grahl Lead. I used a Zelnite, Darv, Ulkina, Rowgen to fill out the rest.

Yeah, not sure what else you have, but there's a good possibility you can. Just be ready to spend a while learning how to do it (counting turns, where hp break points are, etc).
If you have a Lilly, you can go Lilly lead, Darvanshel, healer, 2 DPS, and Grahdens friend.
If not, I recommend Grahdens lead, Darvanshel, healer, 2 DPS, and Darvanshel friend.
Lilith or Rowgen are good choices for a DPS if you have them, and paired up with a unit like Zelnite is pretty solid. If you have an Altri, you're set. If not, you'll start having to play around with how to get through Jugg/Abaddon (f you go with a Darvanshel friend, you don't need to worry about status).

yeah that's the same team i used except i didn't have a zelnite at the time so i used uda. the teams i see use mitigator, healer, BC/BB gauge buffer, Rowgen/Lillith/Sergio or anyone that can BB every turn for damage, with the lilly/grah leads.
