Instead of shitting all over them, why not recognize why the feminist movement may have alienated them (hint, it's partially because of the way extremists have highjacked the term and partially because of responses like yours). It's crazy to me that any female wouldn't consider herself a feminist at least in the very basic sense of the term, but it's not hard to see how they've been turned off.

There are plenty of good defenses of feminism but most people who call themselves feminists are unable to actually argue them.

MRAs are just worse. Most of their arguments boil down to "girls were mean to me."
