If the accounts were hacked, it seems more like someone coming along and cutting your lock and then blaming you for having the bike in the first place.

I love the pics too, but it wasn't a voluntary release. Just because she is an actress doesn't mean that it should be legal to hack into her photo album and post it everywhere. Hell, even doing it to a porn star would still be illegal and rightly so.

No, it really isn't. Cars are cars and photos on a cloud are photos on a cloud. Being a celebrity might make you a more likely target, but the technicalities of hacking are the same whether the target is celebrity photos or puppy photos.

Not to mention there is no implicit right to privacy.There are no rights to privacy being infringed upon here.Right to control distribution, yes. When the individuals took the compromising photographs they basically gave away their privacy. Now it is a matter of copyright, unless viewing is innately illegal (ie CP).
