I still have fond memories of MTV from the very early 90s. I especially remember when Freddie Mercury died. They played Queen almost non-stop for a week, and then showed the memorial concert live. It was awesome back then. It was like having an 18 year old 10/10 supermodel nymphomaniac for a girlfriend, then you break up with her cos you move away (to a place with no cable at the time). Then you meet her 25 years later and she's become a fat, blue-haired, Islamophile femenazi who hates men and trigger-warns everything. Sad

It's funny, MTV would have been killed by Youtube in about 8 years anyway. But they committed suicide way earlier than needed, still never understood that. In my area MTV went bonkers while some fucking juke box channel came out where you could pay to have videos play, which also failed even before Napster had a chance to rape it.
