When I was applying to university I went to a university fair. I asked the Brock representative, "What does it take to get in to Brock?" He responded by asking, "Do you have a pulse?"If you can walk and talk you can go to Brock

Well it would have eliminated him as a suspect wouldn't it?Not always. What about that case in Itzena's homeland where the dude got prosecuted when all he did was walk by the cat lady on a subway platform? Should a rape kit be needed there?
Should call them DNA kits, not rape kits, since that's all they provide evidence of. They have nothing to do with consent or even sexual activity. But yes, a claim of rape should always include a DNA kit.Rape kits provide actual evidence. If you don't use them all you are left with are the words from witnesses.
Their importance cannot be overstated.
WHY CAN'T I HOLD ALL THIS DNA?But how did his DNA get all up in there?!?
Turkey basters, used condoms, used tissues, spank banks, etc. Science is a tricksy one. Occam's razor is usually right, but there are alternatives, which requires actual evidence beyond just DNA was found here. But how did his DNA get all up in there?!?
