Healers did a great job today,especially the new guys coming in and healing it for the first time. Couple hiccups but that is to be expected. Faizy redeemed himself on the spears 
I think our raid team is starting to fill out nicely. Hopefully a few of the guys going on the Friday run will start to join us.
I said it earlier but if anyone has friends like faizy's today that want to come and can be consistent feel free to shoot me a tell. I don't mind xrealm stuff as long as the people know we are doing progression and still filling the roster.

I thought the healers did great, too. 2 of them for sure were barely 650, so I was pleased.
Took the Heroic HM off the calendar tonight. Didn't really have much interest, and it is V-Day, after all. Will try to get one going next week sometime.

Ok I bought some conquest gloves today. Ilevel is at like 637. I need to grind out more CQ for the weapon.
anyone got a good guide for the garrison? looking for a list of followers locations and such.
If you've got garrison addons and open your follower list it'll tell you where they all come from. Then just look up the quest/achievement on wowhead or something.

If you can, try to hit up moords Friday HM run, probably can get some righteous upgrades. As long as you're a halfway decent player he won't even rage on you!!
I'm going to try to pug it tonight/tomorrow before the reset. I need another 1000 or so ashran points to get another item It's going to be a ring/waist or bracer I think. Then it's the long grind for the weapon.

I would honestly skip the ring at least. They drop like candy and you'll already have one slot occupied with a BIS ring

Hit up any world bosses, you can do those in premade groups from the LFG window if you need it. Just look for Tarlna, Rukhmar, or Drov. Not everyone loves their loot, but Drov/Tarlna drop stuff that's 650 (belts/chests/gloves/necks), and Rukhmar drops stuff that's 665 (legs/boots/rings).
Check the Auction House as well. You can find some rings, cloaks, amulets, and more on the AH for just a few thousand gold sometimes. I've grabbed a 665 cloak off there once for less than 10k.
LFR goes to BRF this week, and the first three bosses will be available. They're supposed to be dropping 650 loot, so keep that in mind.
If you do Ashran, consider the AshranBuddy add-on for the event timers. You need to wait for the official timer messages to pop before they kick in right, but its pretty helpful for getting through the grind. Before you're done make sure to cash in your artifact fragments. If you have a lot of honor from that, pvp, and events...you can burn it for the Fate Seals so you can reroll on raid drops. The vendor takes honor at 500, then 1000, then 2000.
If you max honor and still have time to kill, consider buying 1-handed weapons to vendor later after the refund timer wears off on it. They sell for around 40g.

I'm poor. I only have 5k gold. So AH isn't an option unless there is a bro out there with 3 million gold.

Already have 1 piece of ashran . But it's ashran so bit sucks.

Yep make sure you get 3 seals each week to bring on raids. Don't waste them in LFR. Even if you get loot from a boss on normal or heroic you can still roll for additional loot, or if you kill a boss a second time you can roll for more loot.
There's a lot of old content you can farm for massive amounts of gold. Look into soloing the cata raids for big money or even older stuff for transmog to sell. Also join highmaul or BRF trash runs for gear, some require you equip the gear and some will let you sell it.
