Retail you're looking at 70k for the 655 and 99k for the 670. The limiting factor here is the warpaints because they take roughly a week for the 655 and a week and a half for the 670.
Wholesale/Cost is roughly 30kg in savage bloods each.
My advice is to keep an eye on the savage blood market and scoop up any that list under 1800g (usually around 1am PST is when the market bottoms out).
Not only does this make for >10% profit flips virtually risk free but it cuts costs on the upgrade if you were to use it.
Basing off of median moving value of 2kg/ea for savage blood at primetime market volatility.

Deterrence on the hunter is really cool, it negates a lot of the AE's completely in HM. I need to do the macros for my hunter you guys were talking about to cancel into KS / CS. I haven't used weak auras yet, might get into that as well if it helps with ToTH procs.

Whenever I let out a big sigh or scream at the screen in a fit of rage (usualy in league of legends) my GF always shouts out "STUPID FUCKING FROG!!!" as a reference to wasteland 2 on supreme jerk where the starting zone giant frog is just super OP and kills your whole crew.

So if I get myself the bloods (which I don't think will be that hard), how much is a scribe going to charge me for the paints? Man that seems like a lot.
Is it a huge effort to level inscription? Because it seems to me like I could just start banking Paints from the garrison tent right now and have all those mats without too much effort. Wish the paints weren't BOP.

Paints are valued at around 1kg per 10 roughly due to darkmoon card prices. So you're basically @15k in paints and 30k in bloods on the low end (for the 655).
The rest is just markup primarily due to inflated opportunity cost for tying up that much paint for a week and a half. Also.. supply is very very low for the tarots, I'm the ONLY other guy on this market right now on the entire server.
Edit: Also keep in mind, as a guild, we can reduce the amount of time it takes for paints if we decided to farm Shatt and funnel primal spirits to a scribe at a rate of 10 spirits to 1 paint.

I'm saying if I provide everything else how much is a scribe going to charge me for the combine with 150 of their paints.

Is the Cho'gal part only in Mythic? Or does that happen in the heroic/normal versions?
