I just don't understand what I am missing.
I am 600 DPS below Simcraft for my exact gear on Butcher. I didn't waste a single point of focus according to warcraft logs. I just don't know why I am so low ranked. There has to be something seriously wrong with my secondary stats or something else.

Your secondary stats look fine for MM. Lack of multistrike will really hurt you if you switch to SV at all though.
The only thing that really jumps out at me is using Steady Focus with Lone Wolf. The recommended specs choose either SF+FS or TotH+LW, the former being preferred on Butcher.
For shot efficiency, in a 262 second fight you could get off 29 or possibly even 30 chimera shots, and you did 26. That's 200-300k damage you could gain there. He hit 35% at 2:55 into the fight, so that's 87 seconds in Kill Shot range. Two lost Kill Shots is somewhere around 100-125k.

Granted im a fucking newbie but it seems like if I dont time the first proc of ToTH + AS with my haste cooldown my DPS suffers a ton. From there on its priority but thats just something small ive noticed.
Using those stop macros for CS / KS made a world of difference too. Going to install weakauras later and see if it improves me too.

I still need a normal 7/7 on Krassus and heroic also, is anyone planning anything? Might wait till Saturday and do the normal with you noodle if I don't pug before.
@Healers, we got their info and weve been giving everyones Fart's Bnet. Those DPS are people weve run with before and the healers were fucking awesome. Sounded like 2 of the healers were going to transfer over because they can only really raid weekends so they might be able to heal the Sat raids.

It ranks overall compared to all Hunters, so you figure most of the ones completing that fight are also progressing in Mythic (read well geared and playing very well) also, it ranks you in an ilvl range which you are at the lower end of, think you can have a mythic wep and still fall into that range. My logs were decent, fucking horrible on Imperator though. I have been really unimpressed with my attempts at using Survival, don't think I'll be trying it much more.
::EDIT:: and yes, TotH is for LW SF is if you are using FS afaik.

I was sad waking up today that I am banned from gaming. Luckily my chick popped a Xanax because her fgt dog got attacked at the dog park lol. Now shes with her girls baking and they are talking about starting drinking already which is great news for my gaming prospects.

Shes prescribed them by her psyc, she gives her scripts for everything so easy its fucking nuts. I better keep her away from a_skeleton_03, I wouldn't want my bae getting all caught up by his temptations.
