She is also my strongest character by far. Pretty sure I will get more than 3 characters eventually but Maelle does stupid damage and for some reason has the most HP despite being a lower level and no points into it.

Ah that makes sense, so she is what 16? Still looks twelve. Gave her that dumb Gestalt hair and the classic french outfit, looks more like a dumb kid.

I'm miserably bad at the parries. Sometimes the mobs make a woosh noise just before attacking, that sometimes helps. But it's not a 'parry just before contact', you have to do it earlier. Loving it so far, it's a breath of fresh air. PS5 Pro version, I was too busy to camp out a new video card.

Yea I think Andy Serkis is the old guy you meet at the beach at start of the expedition, have not heard him talk but I think I saw some picture of it.
Is it possible to brick you character or are re-specs plentiful? I think I have 2 re-spec items after 4 hours.

I have made peace with QTE using the auto on offense and I changed my mind on the defensive portion since being good means clobbering shit you shouldn't be fighting yet.
There are so many fun things to see/find and the assorted NPCs are great (idk if doing other things in the world triggers some of them but get used to talking to them 2-3x as they've given other dialogue or items to me from doing so). Lots of cool abilities and things to make builds with. World is beautiful though it is easy to get turned around if you aren't paying attention. Game has run well, but I did have 1 crash while loading into the overworld.
