Life's a Dream
EDIT: I was wrong in my guess. I remember it though. I'll post the issues later on.I really like that Ultimate Fantastic Four story with the Super Skrull. It's got one of my favorite endings of any comic ever.

It's mostly Bendis spelling it with a Y for some reason? He doesn't like the previous decades and thousands of uses of I. Oh wait I know that reason, he's a cunt.Since Marvel Heroes is going through the effort to make Richard Rider* an enhanced skin I have to imagine he'll be sticking around in the comics for the foreseeable future. Got skins to sell!
*I read about the misspelling. Apparently it's spelled right in some spots but not in others. General consensus on various boards is editorial error.
They all look rough. I don't need people to go for realistic all the time, but those don't like like any kind of stylistic decision they just look amateurish. I get that he's drawing them in the silver age look but it doesn't translate well here. For me. You can go simplistic and limited palette without it looking bad. Look at Hawkeye. That's Mike Allred, I love him. Madman was one of my favorite comics back in the day. His Hulk is a little rough, though.
That is also accurate. I'm really not a big fan of his. It's mostly Bendis spelling it with a Y for some reason? He doesn't like the previous decades and thousands of uses of I. Oh wait I know that reason, he's a cunt.
I think Silver Surfer and Doc Strange look fine. That is his style, he has a very specific kind of retro style, his Silver Surfer is basically his Madman. I even get what he is trying to do with Hulk, take it back to a 60s/70s thing, but I don't think he really succeeded. But I've always been a sucker for his style, I like it because at the time I hadn't really seen anything like it and I like that he stuck with that style. They all look rough. Then again I thought Greg Land was good because I don't generally pay much attention to the art unless it's crazy good or distractingly bad. I'm still not sure which Ultimate FF artist I was thinking of that had a sort of Alex Rossish style.
