It's mostly the disk drive. Shit can't load in assets fast enough. Happened a lot with my PS4 Pro in nearly every other game. Namely FF7R. With the 970 Pro nvme in my PC, that's never been an issue.
About 40 hours into the game, I've experienced a handful a bugs or glitches. Nothing that's resulted in my death, or broken quests. Had one NPC do the T pose. During one of the brain dance sessions, the screen was littered with static beams from a detection camera that wasn't apart of the session. Probably more or less as buggy as Skyrim was on launch for me, personally. Skyrim would crash on me. Hasn't happened with CP.
There's only one thing that's bothered me, and it's really just a small nuisance since I like to pick everything up, is when an item is set around a bunch of objects you can't pick up, such as a bottle of alcohol sitting in the middle of a bunch of glasses on an elevated surface, and if you're not perfectly line of sight, and just in range, it won't let you pickup the item.
Oh, and whenever someone refers to Night City as "NC", my brain interprets it as "North Carolina", and fuck that state.

Not to nitpick but I think it's more likely they didn't go hard into development until like 2016. Not that that excuses them.

I did get to romance her on my character, though. Judy seems to only like other women, so presumably she won't be a romance option if you're playing a male V (I am doing a female corpo V play through)
What happened/how I got there
Pretty common sense how to get there. During her side quests, I took Judy's side during major decisions and didn't backstab her/betray her trust and I responded to her texts. You'll know you're on the right track because later in the story, she will send you texts and ask you to crash on her couch when you have a relic issue (I told her about dying from the relic/Johnny's engram) and Johnny even calls you out at one point about feelings for Judy (which is another point...Johnny constantly tries to get you to do something the opposite of what Judy wants, so I always ignored him for that). During the penthouse mission, I stuck to Judy's plan and I used non-lethal on the person who tried to turn the plan to their advantage and become a new crime boss. Judy kisses you on the cheek and leaves after the mission. If you made the right decisions, then you get a final quest where Judy asks you to meet her near a dam. When you get there, take her up on her offer. What is funny is she developed some sync BD tech that actually lets her hear bits of Johnny Silverhand when she links with you (presumably knowing about that because I told her). You get a cool scuba diving bit where you visit a sunken town and learn more about her, then after she asks if you want to stay the night at the cabin and I picked yes. You later find her in the bathroom upset because she finds out her Clouds plan went to shit and a bunch of people got killed as revenge and the Clouds is now shutdown for the foreseeable future. Do the touch thing to comfort, then you get the sex scene. The next day, when she asks you what it was, if you tell her the start of something good, then you unlock the relationship with her and she gives you keys to her apartment, which you can visit whenever you want now and shows up on the map as a new apartment base for you. That is as far as I got thus far with her, so not sure how much this may impact the ending or if there will be any other quests..

the blind devotion is pretty fucking hysterical. sitting the game for another 6 months to a year is what should have been done and the people who pushed it out the door are probable looking at some serious lawsuits from investors.

You're posting on a thread with mostly PC users who don't give a fuck about consoles. Prior gen consoles have a shit copy of the game? Boo Hoo, PC is fine idgaf if their budget bin consoles can't run a modern game worth a shit. They should have shitcanned the Xbox/PS4 versions of the game, but that doesn't take away from the fact the game is immersive and full of great content on systems that can run it.
Yes, the game has some bugs that need fixing. But tons of people on this forum suck Fallout: New Vegas' and Witcher 3's cock and have completely forgotten how fucking buggy those games were at release.

Im playing on pc. Given expectations and past performance, Its a sub par game with garbage ai, broken combat and mediocre story (especially the choice options). Pretty, but non-immersive world.
