Im at 66 hours and I just completed all side missions besides fighting ones and all gigs. I cleaned out entire badlands......but still have FOUR city hubs left to clear of question marks and assaults/points of interest etc.
Im not going to finish until Im at 100 + easily. Im lvl 35 50 sc. And honestly crafting has been awesome in my experience. If you find good recipes and get the perks that help with mats you can really push out some quality shit. I just made a legendary burya tech revolver and wow. Its an amazing gun and I been having a ton of fun. This is now my favorite game of all time, warts and all.

Any law firms that would file a suit like that will probably petition for (and get) 30% plus fees, and the class will large enough that no individual investor will get more than a pittance.
Personally I think both of them should be dismissed immediately. 13 million copies sold is a massive achievement regardless of whatever they said about it running well on shit-tier consoles. Just because some business analysts (who probably know even less about games than someone like Pachter) projected 16.4 million sales doesn't mean that was ever going to happen. The whole thing sounds to me like a bunch of people are buttmad because they sold off their stock in a panic after it had already tumbled and they regret it now because it was still a huge success in spite of everything.

It certainly won't be dismissed. Everything they are bringing the lawsuit for is available to find via twitter, reviewers being mislead, investors being lied to, Sony pulling the game. The entire time it's not for sale on the Sony store is lost money. Refunds that were taken. CDPR is better off trying to settle it outside of court
EDIT hell, from the sounds of it, the employees who actually designed the game would gladly testify the game was incomplete and rushed out the door

This over reaction is going to murder expansions, because publicly traded companies have to deal with 2 competing factors:
1) Investors want ROI - ie, product on sale and do well
2) This also means they have limited patience - ie, you cant take your time to deliver a finished product
If you slap some dumb fuck lawsuit on top of this, what will result will be:
-Drastically scaled back DLC/Xpacs in order to make it easier to QA and push out in a reasonable time
-"Safe" design choices that end up being boring
Investors fuck themselves long term as a result for a quick buck now with crap like this.
Honestly the safest choice should have been: Fuck old consoles, your shitty bargain bin potatoes don't deserve to run high end games and they trash canned the previous gen crap long ago.

On a pro at like 50 hours I've had about 4 or 5 crashes. It's mostly great - main problem that you can really tell is popin and loading issues when driving around. At night, you'll be past a streetlight before it actually lights up sometimes. They've got a lot of work to do, but it's still fun as hell.

Retarded argument. 2013 (not 2012) hardware can run many 2020 games without issue. I don’t know why so many people are defending them on claiming how surprisingly great it runs on consoles like a month or two before release. Ubisoft pumps out a game every year and Valhalla runs on last gen consoles. Sure the resolution and frame rate and all the bells and whistles aren’t going to match newest gen or recent PC builds, but no one expects that.
Oh we are claiming PS4 and xbone are 2008 now?

Whatever it was, its decade old tech.ITs so long ago I dont even remember when it was, lol. My new digital BBQ thermometer has more balls than those consoles. 10 fucking years is a long time in tech. But no one is defending them, I said myself they should never released on those grandpa consoles.

They should of just concentrated on PC and if they wanted consoles release a year later. Do like Rockstar does but opposite(They do console release first, then usually a year later PC release).
I find it funny though that investors are at least partially part of not wanting anymore delays and to get it out, then turn around and sue. Iirc didn't their stock drop when they announced the delay in Oct?

Let's not kid ourselves here. Just because it functions doesn't mean it's "fine" - anything less than like a 1080 TI is gonna have extremely noticeable dips in to the 20-30fps area in many parts of the game.
