Serious note, if they don't bring in The Defenders as the backup, I'm going to be disappointed

Spiderman also has a 0.01% chance of happening, but man that would be awesome

i give the show a little bit of a break too not only because they completely rewrote a big chunk of the show halfway thru filming but it was originally planned as 18 episodes, what we saw was really half a season which is why the finale felt like a mid season finale. The showrunner announced today the show will return March 2026, they have already started filming season 2 as well

i assume its just gonna be 8-10 episodes sadly, it would be awesome if they would bump these shows up to 14-18 episodes.

18 episodes?! Thats very out of place for Disney and the Marvel shows.

I love how Daredevil does that Batman "knock you out and you're totally fine without brain damage" a billion times.

Then Frank just shotguns a cop in the back of the head then shoots another one three (3) times point blank. Classic Frank.

Crazy they let them go that gory on Disney+. Maybe they're learning. Gallo(gher) scene was pretty fucking brutal as well.

I mean Deadpool and Logan showed Marvel that R rated stuff will make money. Their audience has also grown up over the years.

That.. was definitely a Frankenstein creation.

Given what the new guys apparently had to work with from the original Disney version, I can't blame the new showrunners too harshly for the end result, but Disney should have tossed all the old material (and never made it in the first place) and started over.

Was that episode the first time kingpin killed a man by using his hands as a vice?

he did it a lot in the comics but I don’t remember the first 3 seasons of DD.

Personally, I am not a fan of the "Slow-mode/Speed-up" style combat scenes.

But the last couple of episodes were ok, I will try next season.

I believe so. I think some stuff is a little jarring because they are upping the power levels of the characters cuz they were kind of weak sauce on the Netflix shows. LIke an all out Power Man is stronger than Spider-Man.
