I thought you could in DS2, for long animations like back stab/pulling a lever ect? (Because you're no longer invincible during it.)This game not having animation cancels is making me want to break my fucking desk
This again? This game not having animation cancels is making me want to break my fucking desk
Since dieing over and over seems to be a generally bad thing now, I don't have a problem with that. What about the normal enemies, is blocking until you get attacked, then one swift counter attack still the safest and easiest way of killing them?Been playing this game since Thursday night - loving the hell out of it. My only concern so far: The bosses don't seem to be very difficult. I chose deprived, and my build consists of a tower shield with 100% phys. block, and a +4 Heide Sword. I've only struggled on one boss so far, and after about 6 attempts I was able to down her as well. If there is, in fact, 34 bosses; I figure I have about 24 more to go - and that makes me happy
Well, that might be due to you being a veteran of Demon/Dark souls. First time I tried Demon Souls I died so much that I gave up on the game for a long time. Got Dark Souls, got addicted, and when I tried Demon souls again after I had finished Dark Souls, I did several worlds and bosses without dying. Initial bosses of Dark Souls aren't really difficult either (now). The "stay between the legs of the boss" is a valid tactic you learn fast (the hard way), but is usable by quite a few bosses in the games.Been playing this game since Thursday night - loving the hell out of it. True.....and I'm sure i'll make a 2nd character to attempt a dual wield build......game is still sick, and brutally unforgiving.Well, that might be due to you being a veteran of Demon/Dark souls.
