While I don't feel that I need to be Human 100% of the time, it is a drastic change from the previous games. In Demons Souls, you returned to Human after helping kill a boss. In Dark Souls you received an extra Humanity. So in that regard, most of us assumed that not returning to Human after helping kill a boss 100% of the time was the bug. We never really understood why you would sometimes return to Human after losing to a boss and we assumed that was a bug.Do you seriously need to be human? Just use Ring of Binding. I've only been human for like 30 minutes total out of 40 hours.
Great Scythe is in this game. I'll spoil the location and you can choose for yourself if you want to know.So is the "Great Scythe" in this game in any form? I remember finding that and it completely trivializing the first game (but in a good way) with its reach and dmg scaling. I'm sitting on the balcony at a nice resort typing a message about Dark Souls while my girlfriend gets ready for dinner. I actually made the mistake of telling her I'd wished I'd brought my PS3 for cloudy days like today... hah.
You seem pretty hostile towards me over a video game. I was going to invite you to my big birthday bash but now I'm reconsidering that.Angel you complain about not having enough hp and then turn around and call a ring that gives you a 50% hp boost in hollow form situational. Wtf mate. Go jump off a cliff ten times, bottom your hp out, stop thinking that you need to be human and it's no longer situational. The only reason to ever be human is if you need to summon help.
That's been my strategy too. Try to stay human as much as possible.BTW having 100% health and a useful ring in the 4th slot > than 75% health and only 3 effective rings... I wouldn't have thought that would be a difficult concept but who knew?
I thought the death count was shared between consoles?Sad thing is that's not even counting some people that play offline - nor PC or 360 players...
Ouch...I thought the death count was shared between consoles?
If not, that is crazy.
Update on fun, fell in a pit with pools of acid, got stunned in one of them, broke all my gear, died, lost all souls, have to go back and grind easy mobs to afford the repairs.
Funny, I didn't think I was being hostile at all. Yes I realize that needing to wear an hp ring is not the most efficient possible way to gear, but come on, we have 4 ring slots now instead of 2. Swap out 3 of them based on your situation, like many do with other gear anyway, and be happy. I just see a lot of people complaining about humanity all over the place and it's really a non-issue.You seem pretty hostile towards me over a video game.
