I got that error for a week or so after my move with Steam because they already updated my address before my bank even got the letter to me saying they were updating mine.

PS - The "I live in Germany check mark is weird"

So it went away on its own?

I had to update my address to get it to resolve. I've also had something like that as an intermittent thing once or twice not related to that time (which was like a 2 day blackout until I got irritated and called the bank), but those just went away like an hour later - probably server load or something.

I don't use Paypal though, Paypal is funny about many things.

why not PC same experience with the controller of your choice and usually cheaper. Is it due to worry about community?

So 15 bucks to upgrade from a title we already have, and theystill did not fix the item durability glitch ?!

What the fuck.
Ugh...I told myself last week not to buy this before I found out if they fixed the bug. Whelp, I bought it last night completely forgetting about the stupid bug.

Controller of my choice was PS3 until the past year - don't think they were ever compatible. And as Lenas stated, seeing some of the ridiculous hacks that happened was no bueno. Saw kid of a friend playing the PC version of DS2 and get invaded at SL15 by someone that clearly wasn't anywhere near SL15 for one such example of hackery - not that I'm an expert, but it's enough reason for me to stay clear.

You could be fighting at the IK bridge and a hacker could backstab/teleport you to Drangleic castle, or wherever the fuck they wanted, and if you died your souls would be stuck there. Whether you had access or not.

Between the consoles that is - doesn't cover PC technically. (Not that I'd do Souls on PC myself, but still...)
Well, that's pretty impossible for them to do considering the test was against two specific sets of hardware. Adding PC to a test like that would be kinda pointless, because whatever PC they use won't be the same as pretty much everyone else.

For what its worth iv'e been playing since they released it and haven't had a hacker. Just normal invasions most of which happened in the bell towers. I actually find the pvp in this game to be tolerable compared to ds1 for whatever reason. Been having a great time dying over and over.

That is good to hear I was getting worried I haven't played yet was waiting for sotfs but I hated invasions in ds1 but they were tolerable as part of the game i think I would shit myself if I had to deal with nothing but hacks.

DualShock 3 worked on PC practically since it was released. Bluetooth was even supported with a signed driver since 2009 or so. I despise MS' controllers so I have never used anything but DS2/DS3/DS4 on my PC.

The influence this series exerts over me is starting to bother me. Past few days all I've been able to think about it being able to spend $60 on a game I've already beaten. Haven't been this excited about a game in years, and it's a goddamn re-release.

Is the dlc enough to justify the purchase is what I ask myself. I'll probably hold out until its on sale for like half the price in a year or two, no real rush right now even if it is my favorite out of the souls series.

I find now that when I play other games all I can think is "this is the easiest game I've ever played, I didn't even lose exp"

The DLC for Dark Souls 2 is worth the price of admission, yes.

Back when it was releasing many people were saying that it was the pinnacle of the series up to that point.

Anyone seen official word if PSN in the US is going to get it? I really don't want to bother getting it physical, but still no sign of it P/O wise or coming soon on PSN....
