Yeah... this is what you have to do. The character deserves it. The trailer depicts him perfectly thus far. Not one to take the kids to but that's Deadpool.

The writing and stuff was awesome. The gameplay was very repetitive. The slapping Wolverine thing was awesome.

red band trailer is now also listed on the Conan O'Brien late night show schedule to debut when Ryan Reynolds makes an appearance Tuesday, August 4th with the following description:

Ryan Reynolds debuts the new redband trailer for "Deadpool." We're filling up his dressing room with chimichangas in anticipation.

The Alberta Film Ratings website, the source of the first classification notification, has since added a 14A rated (think R-rated) "Trailer B" which is 17 seconds longer than the "A" version. 17 seconds of profanity and blood, perhaps? Either way, in the next week you'll get to see Ryan Reynolds as Deadpool in action. Perhaps in two different trailers if both release online. Get ready.

I can't think offhand of an ultra-late-to-the-party sequel that was halfway decent. I don't expect much of Zoolander 2, despite loving the first one. Not to mention comedy sequels have a terrible track record themselves, regardless of timeline.
