lol, there's no Windows 10 drivers. Neat that it took like 2 minutes to roll back to Windows 8.1.

I'm considering going 980 Ti as well, or if I went 2x in the future, not wanting to have to worry about power.

is 32gb of memory overkill? Would like to take advantage of quad channel memory but didn't want to fill up 4 slots on 16gb, but on this mobo, guess that doesn't matter

Get a 980ti and drop down to 16gb of DDR4.

Any reason you got the ASUS Deluxe over the Pro or Sabertooth?

Thats actually my next choice in motherboard for my end of the year build, that or the Sabertooth, but i think that one had like 12 USB 3.0 slots.

Decent build but you can go with a Sabertooth and a better video card.

Id go 980 ti and a 1440 gsync monitor. About the only game it cant push at 60fps @ 1440 is Witcher 3. Everything else it handles np.

Depends on which OS you're going with. Windows 7 Home premium has a 16gb RAM limit.

People always tell you to use less ram. I dont know why. Its seriously the comment I see the most, like you spending more on ram pains them.

Well anything besides 16gb is pretty useless unless you're running servers or doing content creation. There just isn't any game out there that comes close to utilizing 16gb, even if you take into account chrome and 20 tabs.

Imo there will be ddr5 or some new tech long before 16gb is a limiting factor.

Fuck it, you just made me decide to upgrade my GPU's in anticipation of the Skylake release.

My fiance ain't gonna be happy with a bunch of extra boxes rolling in with all the other ones we're getting as we're getting married in less than 2 weeks lolololol.
