Drivers might be the same....implementation: different. My Photoshop install has been shitting grape nuts on W8.1, yet is fine on W7.Windows 10 drivers are the same as Vista/7/8 drivers.
Get a 980ti and drop down to 16gb of DDR4.I'm considering going 980 Ti as well, or if I went 2x in the future, not wanting to have to worry about power.
is 32gb of memory overkill? Would like to take advantage of quad channel memory but didn't want to fill up 4 slots on 16gb, but on this mobo, guess that doesn't matter
Id go 980 ti and a 1440 gsync monitor. About the only game it cant push at 60fps @ 1440 is Witcher 3. Everything else it handles np.I'm considering going 980 Ti as well, or if I went 2x in the future, not wanting to have to worry about power.

Depends on which OS you're going with. Windows 7 Home premium has a 16gb RAM limit.I'm considering going 980 Ti as well, or if I went 2x in the future, not wanting to have to worry about power.

Just wait, they're all out of stock.the eVGA 980 Ti I wanted on newegg is gone. next best option? I've had good fortune with them
It's like they're selling Apple. 4GB ram for everyone. Yiiihaaaa.People always tell you to use less ram. I dont know why. Its seriously the comment I see the most, like you spending more on ram pains them.
Fuck it, you just made me decide to upgrade my GPU's in anticipation of the Skylake release.Oh ya....
