Yes and no. A lot of the people who play PoE just copy builds anyways so while its awesome people have options not a lot of them taake advantage of it. Also I was watching a stream where he got a leg weapon that changed an ability drastically so he built a spec around it and it turned out awesome. I am okay with builds revolving around gear that changes abilities.

It's just recolors and as far as I've seen, they all function the same, it's the standard rune variations(one does damage, one pulls enemies along with you, one heals you, one lasts 4secs instead of 2 and I think there's a last one that I haven't seen). So they all look as bad. Don't really like the instant transition shit, it should move you instantly but not instantly mount you on a horse that runs around like a retard.
Most streamers are kind of boring or weird. Ek0p is probably the best Hearthstone player in the world atm, but watching his stream is boring as shit. I can't do it. Being articulate and being good at something are not the same skill set. But if they are all equally boring and inarticulate, certainly the best player is going to get the highest numbers and for ARPGs that is probably Kripp.

Not really no. It seems like each class gets 1 new skill, with some skill reworks especially for the OP combos currently.
I'm sure someone will post more eventually but it seems like everyone is slurping the crusader cock atm.

Well there's some info on diablofans and diabloinc but it's very badly organized and no one has bothered making a complete list for every class in a nicely accessible way, closest is some guy on reddit posted screenshots of every barb skills. CM Wiz and WW Barbs are definitely dead though, that's for sure, since a bunch of people have been whining about the loss of their OP builds and now actually having to use other skills or some shit.

I don't think everyone will. Everyone's threshold for "is this worth my time?" is different, but I think the majority of people will be fine with self-found loot. Sure, you'll need to trade to find some of those near-perfect rolls, but maybe those won't matter much.
Also, consider that currently, legendaries are account bound. If most of your BIS comes from sets, legendaries, and BoA tradeskills, you're not going to be trading for much anyway.

I was watching someone stream crusader today and the thing is like permahorsed. Not sure exactly how the skill, or new crusader skills, work, but it was weird 98% of the time it had 0 cooldown, every once in awhile he'd have to wait 2s for it to come off cooldown, but the majority of the time he's just spamming it away and it didn't cost any resource that I could see either. So what the eff is the point? Why should we have to keep spamming 1 button just to run fast and why can't they just allow you to have perma more move speed?
I don't see the big deal about ekop, I've tuned into his stream 3x because so many people talk about him and each time he's stuffing his face with pizza on camera, just disgusting. I've seen him make a number of mistakes and when he's not making mistakes he's playing slow/reading chat tell him what to do. Last time I turned it off because he had lethal and missed it and his opponent ended up winning.

I've heard/read in places they are hoping to promote more community some way but having players go back to the way it once was and i'm assuming that means a chat channel dedicated to advertising goods. I don't know the details but everything points to forcing players to talk to each other or go find it yourself.
When he wasn't fucking around, he had an 80% win rate in arena. Now that he is fucking around (in fairness if I'd played enough to arena to bank 4k+ gold I would to) it is like 70%. Which makes his win rate in arena the highest in the world by a large margin. Add to that, most of the decks that have won all the major tournaments so far in constructed are either outright his, or based on his decks.. yeah. Like I said, watching his stream sucks, but there is little question he is the best Hearthstone player.
Just like Kripp is probably the best ARG player and watching his stream isn't really fun either.

Must have been a legendary or a lot of cooldown reduction, it has a hefty base cooldown, think it's like 2secs duration 12secs cooldown(which seems to start at the end of the duration) base, eyeballing it. So it's nowhere near 100% uptime, but there might be a crusader passive that reduce cooldown on some shit or a legendary that makes it low cd or whatever I don't know. Which stream was it? Most I've seen have the normal shitty "use it every now and then" horse.

KingKongor is who you was most likely watching. He kept spamming it repeatedly. It's probably a combination of cool down reduction gear and some kind of crusader passive.

Ah I checked his old videos, found when he switched, the one he's using atm is just the +2secs duration rune, but it seems buggy, if you cancel early, the cd seems to be proportional to the duration, so if you run like 1sec, the cd is like 2-3secs so you can ride again right away, but when he runs the full duration, he gets the full cd. Seems like a bug since it doesn't seem to do that for the other steed runes.
