I think this iteration isn't the "Kadala is hot for belts" theory. This is more a "Belt XYZ can drop in this game" theory. So just because a belt dropped shouldn't mean anything to the other belts Kadala is dropping other than she can drop the belt you already found via hunting.

This would make sense for me, because I gambled a bunch of shards on chests, trying to get a Cindercoat and get nothing over the course of a week or more. One drops for me naturally in game, and I give it to a friend in same game. I go to Kadala, and I get another one within a couple hundred shards.

So counting the "rested legs" on Sunday I got a bunch of set pieces and so did everyone else in the game. Someone should document this for their findings as well. Also I was alone with 3 WD's as a Barb and YOLOd chests with 40 left and got a cindercoat?

Nah. Blizzard skipped over ipv6 and went right to ipv7....no shortage of addresses any time soon.
Also, the reason why there are no servers in Oceania is because of the Coriolis effect...RNG would run backwards there, thus making it too easy to get loot.

Hell if you just input A,A,B,A,B,A,UP,DOWN,UP,DOWN,C,C,B,A...you get invincible mode. You guys make it so difficult. In the end, anybody can achieve the very thing it seems everyone is trying to achieve simply by playing the game in normal mode. The more I play this game, the less I understand why I am playing this game. If I get 1000 Paragon and the gear I want with perfect stats do I get a different ending to the game? Does it provide me access to areas I cannot go into otherwise? Before I played the game because of the Auction House and the rare chance of finding the really elite loot. In Everquest I played with the idea that I would see new zones and acquire unique to boss loots. Can you imagine if any loot could have potentially dropped off any creature in Everquest? "Hey Bob, that skeleton just dropped this Blade of Carnage for me". I have gotten to the point now that I can only play this game at work and even that is getting difficult. The game is literally the definition of insanity.

It's in the next "balance patch" I believe. Which probably means that shit is like 2-3 months away at the rate they patch this game. Don't worry though, if you find something broken you gain from it'll be fixed in a matter of hours without a patch.

Agreed, Sunday was a weird anomaly. Wizard buddy of mine got two pieces of Tal's early in the day, I ended up getting two Nat's, one marauder, one shadow and one IK.
