Can anyone explain to me why my loot table is broken and Blackthorne's belt follows me to every game?

This might be why you can't gamble certain types of weapons or shields or belts.

Anyway, going to try on my crusader tonight. Need a better Jekangbord.

Hmmm...the shit with kadala has me wondering. I gambled ~800 shards before I got my cindercoat and I got 5-6 other legendaries on the way. I've gambled ~4000 shards on two-handed weapons and gotten a grand total 1 legendary, granted 1-handers cost 3x as much as chests, but I've gambled more than 3x the shards and gotten 1/6-1/7th the legendaries. Now I'm wondering if I've wasted a fuckton of shards rolling two-handers because it wasn't possible to get legendaries because a non-dh created the game.

The only questionable thing he 'revealed' is the individual loot table, that's all that's in question here. Limiting your game level to restrict what legendaries can drop is obvious but mostly pointless as no one wants level 11/20/whatever legendaries. So the question is whether gambling sticks to whatever table (individual, game, whatever) or whether it's totally random. If you make a low level torment 6 game and fly around with a level 70 you should get legendaries to drop pretty quickly and can test it out with gambling, it's just a matter of someone believable doing it.

5-6 legendary chests in 800 shards alone is outstanding luck. I've gambled thousands of shards trying to get Pox Faulds and get nothing but Depth Diggers, Hammer Jammers and BT pants. Anymore I seem to get 1 lego per 500 shards.

If you are after pox faulds you are the perfect person to test this out. Make a level 11 game and see if you can gamble them before that other junk comes up. According to this guy at level 11 Pox Faulds should be the only leg pants that drop.

People mention Lut Socks too as a good test item. Base level 8 and only other boots are Crudest.

I'm considering trying with the MLW.

If the loot table based on a game is true, then the people making claims about Kadala being "hot" for certain items in their game would be a furtherance of that.

At least with RIF you can open one rift and cap shards (if no idiots screw you).

People today were trying to stay with their level 5 toons in games. The deal is open and leave, dont let them BS you into power leveling them.

You have to kill stuff en masse to make sure they can drop first, to be safe. Well, so goes the theory anyway. I guess the best way is to do level 11 T6 rifts since leg drop rate is higher there anyway PLUS you get some easy shards to gamble with after you see them.

From reading more, you still CAN gamble higher level legos on your personal loot table, but seeing the lego you want drop ensures that it is possible to gamble it in your current game+char combo.

Edit: What is RIF and what is this about capping shards with one rift?

Not exactly. They'd be the only legendary pants that can drop from mobs and chests. You can still gamble, supposedly, up to 4 other legendaries in that slot, regardless of game creation level.

It is hard to base any supporting streaks because it is all anecdotal. HOWEVER, when gambling I usually get streaks of getting the same item over and over. I gamble a lot of gloves with 500 shard, and if I get hits, it is usually the same item twice or thrice, as opposed to 3 random gloves (EG if I get magefists, I will guarantee to get one or two more in the same gambling session)

Right, but his point is not to guarantee Kadala will pop some pox fauld for you. His whole shtick is for you to farm for hours until you get pox fauld to drop, thus confirming that yes, they are indeed part of your loot table for this game. You could thenmay begamble them from kadala HOWEVER, kadala items are not limited to the level of the game, so she could still shower you other level 70 pants that are on your loot table but were restricted from dropping the world by the level of the game.

I wouldn't trust that considering they're supposed to fix Kadala dropping Lutsocks any day now.

Oh. That's ridiculously impossible to test. Fuck this guy.

Also, blood shard cap. Though, if you've got the endurance for it, you can make a lot of rifts in one game.

So let me make sure I have it right. Basically a level 11 makes the game. I enter. I mass gamble on pants and the idea is that since the level 11 made the game the only leg on the Kadala table for my level 70 would be Pox? I could probably do that tonight. My DH is level 13. Next pants are Jammers at 29.

RIF = Rift it Forward.

You open 1 rift and then clear to the guardian. You then invite opener from channel for boss and once the boss dies he closes the rift and opens you a new one. Its very fast on low torments for shards or for powerleveling.

More anecdotal evidence: the Jekangbord I got from gambling was from a crusader that leveled up in one game from level 50(lots of rifts and bounties).

If this exists, would that mean you could almost guarantee your loot table by creating a game at level 34(level 31 legendaries seems to be a sweet spot), thus ensuring nothing higher than level 31 legendaries is on your loot table? Get to 70 via PLing, then gamble away?

Wait so the loot table drops is determined on what class creates the game? So Vorph A DH creates a T4 game invites players to kill the Guardian. My chances of getting a shield or 2 hander as a crusader is out the door cause of his class? But if it's true I can bring my DH, ask him what legs dropped kill boss to see if it drops. If not try my luck with Kahala?
