I have the staff, haven't been in the place since launch. Do you get good stuff out of there running it at high tiers? Is it tough? I can open it up for you any time, I'm online just about every night.
you dont get anything extra just a chance at spectrum sword, and maybe horadric hamburgler? but i just want it for the transmog really, i had the hamburgler from th whimsy rft but deleted it, i should be home and out of the hospital in a few days f you still wanna farm it, ill be down.

At least a couple of the crafting components drop in there too, the one for sage's set and eternal power capsule for arcane barb(2h x-bow).

Is there a soft cap for crit hit chance? I have read that anything above 51% is wasting the stat.

Still haven't had a TF drop for me. BUT, this dropped for Rickasaurus and he let my monk have it..... because his was better. /brofist

Assuming the datamining is correct, they're apparently doubling the set item drop rates, to be equal to Blackthorne(which is currently twice the other sets). Non class set stuff stays the same, like those dual wield blades thingies. Also some monk set buffs or some shit.

It isn't a bad idea considering they just came out and said they want items to be the unique part of gameplay. They wan items to change your play style to make specs viable that never would be before.

Well that's not like confirmed, it's just datamining shit, might not actually be that. Patch notes after the maintenance we'll see.
His point is not whether this is needed(it is), it's that they can't figure this shit out in beta. This is what happens when you invite a bunch of poopsocking streamers to your beta. If this datamining is correct, class sets have effectively received a 8x drop rate increase if you're in a rift(since release)?

Monk set changes look pathetic.

Dunno, set rates seem fine - i get more normal sets than blackthornes. I think my WD, Wiz, DH all have each of their respective sets full while getting maybe 1 full set of BT each along the way.

Now: Spending 75 Spirit causes a decoy to spawn that taunts nearby enemies and then explodes for 1600% weapon damage as Holy.

Decoy taunt radius decreased from 20 to 15 meters
Decoy explosion delay decreased from 1 to 0.5 seconds

Raiment of a Thousand Storms
6 set bonus:

Previously: Whenever you teleport to an enemy, release Lightning at all nearby enemies for 100% weapon damage.

Now: Whenever you cast dashing strike, release Lightning at all nearby enemies for 3000% weapon damage.

Damage radius decreased from 20 to 15 meters

Crafting
Requirement for unique legendary crafting material (i.e. Essence of the Twin Seas) has been removed for crafted legendary / set items.

These crafting materials can be sold to vendors for 50,000 (yes 50K) gold each
Adjusted reagent requirements (set items require more Death's Breaths; weapons no longer need Death's Breath to craft)

They probably don't want people using 'tricks' to farm items. I know I'd rather play normally than do that, anyway. The real holdup on my crusader is a better RoRG and a Holy SoJ though so that patch won't even help that. I've been trying to farm both of those for over a week now with 0 drops.
