Thats pretty cool, I thought it was silly they had to entice players to play by giving them something that most people would say it should have been all along. I wanted to check out the buff, but still burned out, now I'll probably come back for ladders though; whereas before I was thinking even then it wouldn't be likely.
You are probably right then. I don't test/theorycraft enough to know the ins and outs so yea, I'll take his word for it.
See it's shit like this that I think will cause people to quit the most. I don't mind not finding rare as shit items like the Wand of Woh, but the cache legendaries and their bullshit drop rate does cause some issues. I know RNG is RNG but some people getting a ring in 5-10 caches while others have to go through hundreds is a big flaw, world drop items it works well enough with but the targeted cache shit needs some adjusting.
On the topic of Wand of Woh... good thing that shit is so rare. My bro rolled a perfect one and he just oblitirate everything spamming explosions non stop. Didnt think there was an item that was THAT game changer.
It's a game changer for sure. Until you realize that getting so close to higher torment mobs means they will beat your ass. haha. It's been talked about recently in the last few pages on this thread, but wizards are very squishy. Although up to T3-T4, it's very beat ass, and you rock.
I find it quite therapeutic just blowing shit up on T1 hehe. Magic missile, now that I found boring.Sometimes you just don't want to spam explosions. Get's boring.
That seems weird. Would you stack fire for EB, or arcane for Archon damage? I'm all fire right now, for my EB/MM/Conflag build, but would be swapping out for Arcane damage instead. I'm at 48% CDR right now, without a diamond in my helm. Once I get a Andy's helm with a socket I'll be over 50% CDR.
