This patch makes me think of a 7 year old kid in a recording studio. 3,427 different dials, knobs, levers and switches. Jack with EVERY SINGLE FUCKING ONE.

This signals that nobody in the production chain, at any level, understands how to develop and maintain a game like this.

Looks like the typical " tune everything the fuck down" right before the super inflation of dps of our stupid season mechanic that will apply a flat inspired 20000 percent dps when you are done with your wizard chores.

Kinda like wow pre patch would always throw everything completely out of balance before the new xpac gear and talent revamp

But it has over 6000 words!!!

I'll say this, while overall the patch is pretty shitty, at least I can play now. After 34 days of instant black screen GPU disabling crashes, I can play without much more than the occasional lag issue.

Now the real question is do I really want to play.

How bad were Necro and Druids hit? It was those or a rogue for season 1…and it sounds like they (rogues) got hit hard too.

My Druid is a variation on Bear Pulverize, and I only see a slight damage loss, but I definitely take more damage. Butcher killed me today, when before he basically did no damage. I actually think Druid probably got off easy.

Rogue is looking like it might have some really powerful builds in S1, so I may give that a go.

Rogue was more of a gutpunch that hearts will shore up. Still viable S1. Druid didn't end up getting the nerfs people thought they would. I'd still put Druid S tier. The big nerf hammer was supposed to drop, and that didn't end up happening.

Let people use their fucking spells

Actually allow uniques to be powerful

Stop trying to balance characters to protect their faggot uber lilith egos.

Basically this game will always blow dick because they will never do those things.

Uber Lilith isn't even hard aside from the one-shot mechanics anyway, it doesn't matter what your build is.

Except Rogue and Sorc were still disproportionately affected by the changes.

So like, 95% of Dark Souls bosses, ARPG bosses, etc.?

"GUIZ! These fights aren't even hard if I just didn't suck and played well!"

No, I mean literal oneshot mechanics, you might as well not even have a healthbar or defensive abilities that aren't immunities for that fight.
