I just wanna Resurrect (ell o ELL!!!) this thread to say that running maps in endgame PD2 is AMAZING! Great implementation. Because I am a scrub, the only build I can currently get past the Hell ancients is a Hydra/Frozen Orb sorc, because teleport makes splitting the fight easy-peasy. Currently level 84.

I fucking love this game.

I got the excited for a second thinking they made PD2 for Resurrected. Oh well. Giving Eastern Sun Resurrected a try and it seems OK so far.

Project DIablo 2 new season starts next Friday October 25th. Kinda meh changes this time around, but a PD2 reset is always a good time.

Got the Switch version of Diablo II, looked like just an HD version of the original from back in the day. However the title screen says Diablo II Resurrected so I take it this is a new version? Hopefully it's close to the original and hopefully it's still good. I remember everyone getting upset about Diablo III.

It got a few QoL stuff added in and much improved graphics/art. But you can click a button to make it look like the original game.

One of the few remasters thats great.

Project Diablo 2 resets for season 10 tomorrow. Worth checking out if you like ARPGs and the idea of a modernized Diablo 2 with features and additions inspired by Games like Path of Exile (such as an end game mapping system)

Its upscaled with new shaders. Its not D2R graphics, but the graphics are not bad.

There are a bunch of people streaming it on twitch in the Diablo II category so you can see what I mean

It plays totally fine now that they integrated 60fps and all the glide bullshit in to their launcher.

87 in HC now, haven't died yet but not exactly printing runes/gear either. Been a rough start so far in terms of drops, but beats having to start over a bunch of times.

I started as a summon zon, my ultimate plan is to swap to a multishot zon but i still need a few big runes (jah, ohm, Lo) to make my fortitude and faith (and get a really good buriza) so im going to try out a vengeance pally since they seem pretty cool this season and i actually somehow have almost all the gear needed for it outside of really good shit like a phoenix RW.

gotta lvl that bitch before trist/baal runs die down but i'm really really liking the changes they made this season, everything feels so good to play

90 on the paladin, finally hit a few HR drops and have some money to mess around with. The question now is do I roll a new map blaster and respec the paladin to a bosser, or do I try and boss on holy bolt lol
