He is kinda strong, I'd expect some nerfs soonish. Hopefully not too drastic but yeah, he seems to do a lot of stuff too well. Farms fast, teamfights early AND late very well, strong scaling, strong utility(armor reduction aura and his ult dmg reduction shit), clears jungle quickly provided you bottle crow. His recovery speed if you gank him and his farming speed if you don't are really high, considering how strong he is early game(like even at fucking lvl 5 he's a beast because of how ridiculous raze damage is). He's definitely on the high end of the power scale I'd say, more so than say Windrunner who's also very good but really needs an aghanim to do any serious damage, while SF can generally say "eh fuck carry items, I'm gonna go mek for my team and still contribute as much as everyone else".
Shouldn't be nerfed too hard though, he's a good hero for the game I think, he requires good skill, he's not just mindless clicking and stuff and offers a lot of big play potential with his ult and raze combos.
